SerCo Realty Group is pleased to have received the official green light from the City of Ottawa to transform their mid-rise office building at 331 Cooper street in to dozens of apartments in Centretown. SerCo Realty Group feels this is extremely fitting given the current market conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The local Councillor, Catherine McKenney, said conversions of office space into homes are exactly the type of development the city wants to see because it can happen quickly and be potentially more affordable for renters.
