Point3D Commercial Imaging is a reality capture company based in Ottawa with service spanning Montreal to Toronto. Our purpose is to support companies with their documentation and marketing needs throughout their entire building lifecycles. Should you be prospecting a property, we can mobilize to produce visuals of initial conditions. The resulting media can be easily shared with stakeholders. By 3D laser scanning, we can scan and model structures in Revit and AutoCAD. 3D Laser scanning and asbuilt models present several advantages over traditional survey methods. Our service essentially digitizes a structure allowing for unlimited visual confirmations and measurements to be taken in the office. Throughout construction phases, we create 3D Tours to accurately document current conditions for future development and/or stakeholder communications. As an example, we scan before drywall close-up. 3D Tours at this stage of construction can serve as a reference of what lies under the walls (structural, utilities, electrical, obscurities, etc.). Once built, we produce marketing collateral for either lease/rent or resale purposes. We provide 3D virtual tours and professional photography.
